Shaul Shalev, the initial founder of ShellTiers, serves as its chairman and acting CEO. .

Before founding ShellTiers, Shaul was active as a founder/CEO or COB for several Israeli and US start-ups that were focused on E/O-defense systems, wireless communications, mobile commerce solutions and clean-technologies.

Shaul brings to ShellTiers a vast amount of experience in developing, integrating and establishing initial markets for pioneering interdisciplinary solutions.

Colonel (reserve) Yoram (Yori) Sofrin

Yoram (Yori) Sofrin, joined Shaul in founding ShellTiers and serves as its acting COO. Prior to his position at ShellTiers Yori served as the president of IsraTeam, a consultancy firm, focused on emergency management and preparedness, which he co-founded.

Yori brings to ShellTiers significant insight in threat analysis, defining solutions for protection systems, planning emergency management systems, and crisis communications with the public in emergency situations.
